At Aura Grandeur, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect when shopping with us. By placing an order on our website at www.auragrandeur.com, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.

WHERE DO WE SHIP?
We currently ship to the following countries:
- United States of America (USA)
- Australia
- New Zealand
- Canada
- United Kingdom (UK)
We do not ship to addresses outside of these countries at this time. If you are located in a country not listed above, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request where possible.
Please note: We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or freight forwarding addresses. Please provide a valid residential or business address at checkout.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders placed by 2:00 PM (local time, Monday through Friday) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, will begin processing on the next available business day.
Our order processing time is 1–2 business days from the time your order is confirmed. During peak periods (such as sale events, holidays, or product launches), processing times may be slightly extended. We will notify you if there is a significant delay in processing your order.
You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your purchase is complete, followed by a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
After your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
USA: 3–10 business days
Australia: 3–10 business days
New Zealand: 5–10 business days
Canada: 5–10 business days
United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier capacity, customs processing (for international orders), and other factors outside our control. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Please allow the full estimated delivery window before contacting us about your order. If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery window has passed, please reach out to us with your order number and tracking information.
SHIPPING COSTS
We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders to all our supported shipping destinations. There are no hidden shipping fees — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Aura Grandeur reserves the right to change our free shipping offer at any time. Any changes will be clearly communicated on our website prior to taking effect.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for your tracking information to be updated by the carrier after you receive your shipping confirmation.
You can use your tracking number on the relevant carrier's website to monitor the status of your delivery. If you have trouble locating your tracking information, please contact us via our Contact Us page.
DELAYED ORDERS
While we strive to ensure all orders arrive within the estimated delivery window, delays can occasionally occur due to high shipping volumes, weather disruptions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your order appears to be delayed, we recommend:
1. Allowing an additional 2–3 business days beyond the estimated delivery window before reaching out.
2. Checking your tracking information for any carrier updates or delivery attempt notifications.
3. Verifying that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct and complete.
If your order has still not arrived after following the above steps, please contact us with your order number and we will investigate the matter promptly.
Please note: Aura Grandeur is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing for international orders, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or carrier delays outside our control. However, we will always do our best to assist you in resolving any shipping issues.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via the Contact Us page on our website. We process orders quickly, so cancellations must be requested as soon as possible after placing your order — ideally within 1 hour of purchase.
Once an order has been processed and dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, you may be eligible to return the item in accordance with our Return Policy once it has been delivered.
Aura Grandeur reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product availability issues. If we cancel your order, you will be notified by email and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
DAMAGED, LOST, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
We take great pride in the quality of our products and packaging. However, if you receive a damaged item, the wrong item, or your order is lost in transit, please follow the steps below:
Damaged or Incorrect Items: Contact us via our Contact Us page within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographs of the damaged or incorrect item(s) and packaging. We will review your claim and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Lost in Transit: If your tracking information shows your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors, building management, or other household members, and confirm the delivery address on your order. If you are still unable to locate your package, contact us with your order number and we will liaise with the carrier on your behalf.
Aura Grandeur is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery has been made to the address provided at checkout. We strongly recommend ensuring a secure delivery location is available when placing your order.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
For orders shipped internationally (outside of the USA), your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Customs policies vary widely by country. Aura Grandeur has no control over customs charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
Please note that customs processing may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery timeframes. Aura Grandeur is not liable for any delays caused by customs.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping address details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. Aura Grandeur is not responsible for orders that are delivered to an incorrect address due to an error made by the customer at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update the address. Once dispatched, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.
