We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all purchases. If you receive your item and are not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order, you are entitled to request a full refund.
This guarantee is our commitment to you — we want you to feel completely confident when shopping with us. To initiate a refund under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, please contact us via the Contact Us page on our website with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
After 30 days from the date of delivery, our standard Money-Back Guarantee no longer applies. However, refund requests after 30 days may still be considered at our sole discretion in cases involving defective or faulty products (see Section 2 below).
SECTION 2 – FAULTY, DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If your product arrives faulty, defective, or damaged, you may be entitled to a remedy regardless of how much time has passed since delivery, in accordance with applicable U.S. consumer protection laws. We take product quality seriously and will work with you to make things right.

- Your order number;
- A clear description of the fault or damage;
- Photographs and/or video evidence showing the issue.
We may, at our discretion, require that you return the item before processing a remedy. In cases where a return is requested due to a faulty or defective product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If you are submitting a faulty product claim after the 30-day window, please be prepared to provide an honest explanation for the delay in notifying us. We reserve the right to decline claims where a reasonable person would conclude the claim is not made in good faith or where the product has been misused.
SECTION 3 – REFUNDS ARE NOT APPLICABLE IN THE FOLLOWING SITUATIONS
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- You have changed your mind after 30 days of receiving your order;
- The order or specific products were placed by mistake and you notify us after the 30-day window;
- You found the same or a similar product for a lower price elsewhere;
- You misused the product in a manner contrary to our product instructions or advice, which caused damage to the product;
- You no longer have a use for the product;
- You were aware of, or were made aware of, any product faults or limitations prior to purchasing;
- The product has come into contact with liquids, chemicals, or substances that have caused damage, beyond reasonable product use (after the 30-day window).
We ask that all customers use our products with care. Products are delicate and should be handled according to the instructions provided. Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or accidents outside of normal use will not be eligible for a refund outside of the 30-day window.
SECTION 4 – CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS (WITHIN 30 DAYS)
If you change your mind within 30 days of receiving your order, you may request a refund under our Money-Back Guarantee. The following conditions apply:
- The product must remain in good physical condition (unused or gently used and free from damage caused by the customer);
- You must contact us via our Contact Us page with your order number before returning any item;
- If we request that the item be returned, the cost of return shipping will be the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns;
- A valid proof of postage/tracking must be provided before the refund is processed;
- The product must arrive back to us safely before the refund is issued (where a return has been requested).
Please note: In some cases, we may offer a refund without requiring the product to be returned. This is at our sole discretion and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
SECTION 5 – RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are handled as follows:
Faulty or Defective Product: If we ask you to return a product due to a fault or defect, we will cover the full cost of return shipping.
Change of Mind (within 30 days): If you are returning a product because you changed your mind and we request the item back, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost. The product must arrive safely, and a valid postal receipt or tracking number must be provided to us before your refund is issued.
Outside of Policy Scope: Any return request that falls outside the scope of this Refund Policy will be assessed at our sole discretion.
SECTION 6 – HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR REFUND

2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos or videos if applicable.

4. If a return is required, we will provide you with a return shipping address. Do not send any items back without prior authorization from us.
5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item (where applicable), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please note: Contacting us via social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) is not the best way to receive a prompt response. For the fastest resolution, always use our website contact form.
SECTION 7 – REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Once your refund has been approved and processed by us, the funds will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow the following timeframes:
- Domestic U.S. orders: 5–10 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) from the date the refund is processed on our end;
- International orders (Australia, NZ, Canada, UK): 10–15 business days from the date the refund is processed.
Refunds are applied to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Please note that banking processing times may vary depending on your financial institution and are outside of our control.
If you have not received your refund within the timeframe above, we recommend:
1. First, check your bank account or payment method again — refunds sometimes appear without a notification.
2. Contact your bank or payment provider, as it may take additional processing time on their end.

SECTION 8 – LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If your refund has been confirmed as processed by Aura Grandeur but has not appeared in your account:
- Allow a minimum of 5 business days after the confirmed processing date before following up;
- Contact your bank or credit card provider, as delays are often caused by internal banking processing times;
- If you have waited the full 10 business days (or 15 for international) and still have not received your funds, please contact us via the Contact Us page on our website and include your order number and the date you were notified your refund was processed. We will work with you to resolve the matter.
SECTION 9 – EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different product, we recommend requesting a refund under the applicable section above and placing a new order on our website.
If you received a defective or wrong item and would prefer an exchange over a refund, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request where stock is available.
SECTION 10 – CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

If a chargeback is filed without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide all relevant order, shipping, and communication records to the payment processor. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in the permanent banning of your account and being referred to the appropriate authorities.
